The Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority participated in BALTEXPO – 2013, the 17th International Maritime Fair and Conference.
The fair was held in Gdańsk on 3-5 September. It provided a platform for cooperation between Polish and foreign representatives of the maritime sector. Presentations focused on products, technologies, services, solutions, advancement, potential and development plans in the sector.

Contemporary Czech-Polish economic relations and development trends

On 24th May 2013, in the Ministry of Economy, a conference was held on contemporary Polish-Czech economic relations and development trends. The meeting on Czech-Polish cooperation involved, among others, Miloš Zeman and Bronisław Komorowski, Presidents of the Czech Republic and Poland, as well as Janusz Piechociński, Deputy Prime Minister, Milana Hovorka, Undersecretary of State at the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Paweł Tamborski, Undersecretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Treasury.
Polish seaports to cooperate with Czech partners

On 10th April 2013, the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority, together with the Gdańsk Seaport Authority and the Gdynia Seaport Authority as well as Czech partners, organized a seminar in Prague, during which Polish ports presented their services and investment opportunities for the Czech market.
Co-organisers of the meeting included the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Warsaw, the Czech Association of Forwarding and Logistics, and the National Chamber of Maritime Economy.
